**Job Title:** RISK AND LOSS CONTROL OFFICER
**Role Purpose:**
The position exists to coordinate risk and loss control strategy of NOIC and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigation of incidents.
- Administration of risks at all subsidiaries
- Execution of approved Risk and Loss Control Policies and Procedures in accordance with legal requirements
- Administer contracted security companies manning company premises
- Administers Service Level Agreements
- Liaison with state security institutions
- Crime Management
- Records Management
- Personnel management
Requirements
- Knowledge of Risk and Loss Control in a commercial environment
- Crime and investigations management
- Risk profiling and use of risk matrix
- Use of ICT and artificial intelligence in risk and loss management
- Confidential communication and ability to communicate at all levels
- Emergency response and crisis management
- Open and discrete field intelligence gathering and analysis for decision making
- CCTV surveillance and monitoring
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems ISO 2015
- Any Commercial degree
- A Professional Diploma in Risk and Loss Management or equivalent
- At least three (3) years working experience in a commercial environment
- A clean Class four driver’s license
