Site SHE Officer (Masvingo Based) Construction Jobs Traversal Trading. To ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards and promote a safe working environment on site. The incumbent must ensure that remedial and construction procedures are performed in compliance with project plans and specifications under the project contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, Implement and monitor SHE policies and procedures.
- Develop physical quality guidelines
- Performing and documenting site inspections
- Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety training
- Prepare quality control reports
- Track construction deficiencies and ensure timely corrective action
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with NSSA, EMA, and ISO requirements.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Safety, Health, or Environmental Management.
- ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 certification.
- Registered or eligible for registration with NSSA.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in construction or civil works.
