Our client is seeking a seasoned poultry professional to lead and manage six breeder flock sites. Reporting to the CEO, this role oversees the full breeder lifecycle, driving optimal flock performance, cost efficiency, and compliance with best practices. The position requires strong leadership, hands-on Ross 308 experience, and a data-driven approach to production, biosecurity, and cost control across rearing and production operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ breeder flock management experience (Ross 308 essential)
- Proven leadership of large-scale poultry operations
- Strong production, biosecurity, and cost management expertise
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel between sites
