Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end installation of Solar PV systems, including panel mounting, inverter setup, and battery bank configuration.
• Conduct advanced fault-finding, system testing, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure all installations adhere to electrical codes and safety standards.
• Support the electrical integration of borehole pumps and solar geyser controllers.
• Manage and supervise junior team members on-site to ensure quality workmanship.

Requirements

• A valid Driver’s License is compulsory.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the solar energy sector.
• Relevant Trade Test (Electrician) or Level certification.
• Strong commitment to on-site safety protocols.
• Proven experience and technical knowledge of 30kVA systems and above.
• Electrical Systems: Strong understanding of Three-Phase power synchronization and industrial-scale inverters.
