Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Digital Banking to lead and execute its digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the bank’s digital strategy.
- Oversee mobile/internet banking, digital payments, wallets, POS, and self-service platforms.
- Drive innovation, customer adoption, and digital channel performance.
- Ensure digital platforms are secure, reliable, user-friendly, and compliant.
- Lead digital transformation, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
- Manage digital projects in collaboration with ICT/PMO teams.
- Build strong relationships with technology partners and industry stakeholders.
- Manage digital banking budgets and monitor project expenditure.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the digital banking team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years’ banking experience with digital product expertise.
- Technical proficiency in digital banking systems and automation
- Strategic and innovative thinking.
- Strong digital banking systems knowledge.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
