Provide comprehensive strategic and administrative support to the Principal Officer and the Executive Team, overseeing projects, managing communications, and coordinating high-level corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative duties that include calendar management, making travel arrangements and meetings coordination for the Principal Officer.
- Communication management which involves screening, responding to, and managing the Principal Officer’s emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Providing projects oversight by assisting with tracking and managing key strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Organising high-level events such as board meetings, corporate functions, and client engagements.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in administrative processes to optimize productivity.
- Periodic research and analysis on the policy and regulatory environment.
- Assisting in driving key strategies and initiatives by coordinating with relevant teams and providing necessary logistical and administrative support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent business-related degree.
- CFA Charter or studying towards the Charter will be an added advantage.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in similar role is required.
