A motivated Junior Geologist to support geological mapping, sampling, data analysis, and reporting activities to ensure effective exploration and mining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with geological mapping, logging, sampling, and interpretation.
- Maintain accurate geological records, databases, and reports.
- Support exploration, grade control, and resource evaluation activities.
- Work closely with senior geologists to improve ore body knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Geology or a related discipline (essential).
- Minimum of 4 years’ practical experience in a mining or exploration environment.
- Experience in gold mining operations will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and teamwork skills.
