Finance Manager
Our client is seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to take on a critical leadership role that blends strong financial management with commercial insight. This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, strategic, and confident partnering with leadership to support growth and operational excellence.
What you’ll do:

Lead and manage our finance team

Be hands-on with accounts in a lean department

Drive growth by building relationships & winning work

Support strategy with accurate reporting & forecasting
Ideal Candidate

Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)

8 minimum years’ experience in financial management, including team leadership

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to contribute to strategy and business growth

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a lean or fast-paced environment

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
