Purpose of the Role

 

The CEO of Fundo Foundation is responsible for leading the organisation’s growth, innovation, and operational success. Key duties include managing education programs, enhancing teaching and learner outcomes, overseeing curriculum reform that incorporates technical and life skills, and promoting technological and data-driven innovations. The CEO will establish new institutions, drive business development, secure resources, and maintain compliance.

 

 

Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes

 

 

• A Master’s in Education, Business, Strategy, or related field.

• Over 5 years in senior leadership, ideally in education, institutional management, or complex projects.

• Proven in strategy, organisational leadership, and growth.

• Track record in launching successful projects or institutions.

• Strong financial, governance, and resource skills.

• Excellent communicator, ethical and results-oriented leader.
