JOB OVERVIEW
Our client, a reputable finance company, is seeking four Loans Officers to join their dynamic team, with one position available in each of the following locations: Hwange, Chiredzi, Mutare, and Gwanda. The successful candidates will play a key role in driving business growth and supporting clients with effective financial solutions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Promote loan products and attract potential clients through marketing and outreach activities.

Assess clients’ financial status and loan eligibility in line with company policies.

Monitor loan performance, follow up on repayments, and prepare monthly reports.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal lending policies.

Work collaboratively to streamline loan processing and enhance service delivery.

Maintain confidentiality and safeguard client information.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Degree or Higher National Diploma in Commercial or Financial studies.

Knowledge of financial principles and SME lending.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with financial software is a plus.

Possession of a valid driver’s license is a plus.
