Loans Officers
Location: Chiredzi, Zvishavane, Gweru, Masvingo, Mutoko
Key Responsibilities:
• Process loan applications
• Disburse loans
• Manage the loan portfolio
• Build and maintain client relationships
Qualifications & Experience:
• Relevant Business degree or equivalent
• Additional professional qualifications are an advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in loan portfolio management
- Collect, clean, and analyze client credit and loan performance data in Excel
• Prepare monthly portfolio performance and risk reports
• Support loan officers and management with data-driven insights
• Identify credit risk trends and maintain updated client databases
• Carry out administrative risk and reporting duties
