Willow Heart Preschool is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Learning Coordinator to lead and support our teaching team. The ideal candidate will champion high-quality learning,
mentor teachers, and nurture our creative, caring school environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support teachers with curriculum planning and classroom delivery

Monitor learning progress and uphold academic standards

Mentor and guide teaching staff

Coordinate term programs, assessments, and school events

Foster positive communication with parents and the school.comunity
Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an early learning environment

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Genuine passion for early childhood education and holistic child
development
