Hiring HR OFFICER
The HR Officer will play a key role in supporting the human resources functions within the company. Responsible for implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs, and ensuring they are consistently applied across the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates the full recruitment lifecycle from end to end.

Serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances, providing guidance and resolution as needed.

Facilitates the performance reviews, tracks overall employee performance against established goals and objectives, and provide support to managers and employees in managing performance.

Collaborates with managers to identify skill gaps and development opportunities based on performance reviews.

Coordinates training initiatives and workshops to enhance employee skills and performance.

Ensures compliance with labour laws and regulations in all HR practices and policies.

Administers payroll and other employee compensation and benefits programs.

Promotes employee wellness initiatives and programs to support the well-being of employees.
Qualifications:
-
Degree or Diploma in HR Management or equivalent.

IPMZ or any other relevant professional qualification.

Payroll certification and experience a must
-
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.

Strong knowledge of labour laws.
-
Proficiency in HR Systems.

Sound background in managing training and development
