Our client, a renowned manufacturer in the precision engineering sector and manufacturer of industrial gearboxes, winches, and hoists, is seeking experienced Sales Counter to join their team. A strong background in engineering and technical environment is desired.

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

• Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with product inquiries and sales

• Provide accurate technical information and product recommendations

• Process orders, quotations, and customer documentation

• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to meet customer needs

• Maintain organized sales records and inventory awareness

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

 

 

Experience & skills:

 

 

• Minimum 2 years in a sales or customer service role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office system
