DENTAL COORDINATORS
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Serve as the initial point of contact for new patient inquiries.

Engage with patients to discuss available treatments, both virtually and in person.

Conduct thorough discussions on treatments and present viable finance options.

Provide comprehensive support throughout the patient’s treatment journey.
-
Maintain effective communication with key business relationships.

Ability to cover receptionist duties when required.

Actively contribute to business development growth strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
High school diploma
-
Preferred 1 year of dental experience.
-
Ability to communicate with others in a professional manner.
-
Attention to detail.
-
Clinical experience in a dental practice with knowledge of dental insurance and dental procedures is preferred; training or education in these areas will be considered.
