Our client, a leading interior architecture and design firm with over a decade of excellence across commercial, retail, medical, recreational, and residential projects, is looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to join their leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and excels at building systems that enhance efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure seamless project execution

Implement systems, processes, and reporting frameworks that drive accountability

Translate the Director’s strategic vision into actionable plans

Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, procurement, finance, admin)

Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects
-
Support financial reporting, bookkeeping, and compliance processes
-
Prepare analytical and financial reports using advanced Excel tools
-
Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and professional development
Candidate Profile: -
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or related field
-
5+ years’ experience in operations, project management, or business leadership (preferably within design, architecture, or construction)

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
-
Strong understanding of financial processes; Xero experience advantageous

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Tech-savvy, structured, and results-oriented
