1. Depot Supervisor (Based in Masvingo)
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Depot Supervisor to oversee our Masvingo depot operations, ensuring efficient logistics, inventory management, and customer service for our beverage products.
Key Responsibilities
– Operations Management: Coordinate daily depot activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of beverages.
– Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock records, manage stock levels, and minimize discrepancies.
– Team Leadership: Supervise depot staff, fostering teamwork and performance excellence.
– Customer Service: Ensure timely deliveries and address customer queries effectively.
– Safety & Compliance: Uphold health, safety, and regulatory standards in depot operations.
– Reporting: Provide regular operational reports to management.
Requirements
– Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics/supervisory roles, preferably in FMCG/beverage sector.
– Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
– Qualifications: Relevant diploma/degree advantageous.
– Location: Must be willing to be based in Masvingo.
