KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & Sales: Greet and welcome customers, and assist them in selecting frames and lenses that fit their style and needs.
Eyewear & Prescription Management: Accurately interpret prescriptions and assist customers in choosing appropriate optical devices.
Store Operations: Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory of frames and lenses.
Schedule appointments and manage bookings for eye examinations.
Handle payments, process billing inquiries, and process orders for prescription glasses.
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: To effectively interact with customers and explain products.
Customer Service Skills: To provide a welcoming and responsive experience for customers.
