HR CONSULTANT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate will be exposed to the following organisational development interventions:
• Conduct comprehensive organisational redesign to align structure and processes with strategic objectives.
• Perform rigorous job evaluation to ensure roles are equitable and compensation is competitive.
• Implement change management programmes that guide teams through transitions with minimal disruption.
• Introduce performance management interventions to enhance accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate leadership development and team-building initiatives to strengthen leadership capacity and foster collaboration.
• Carry out skills audits to assess workforce capabilities and identify development needs.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a consulting firm is a must
• Industrial relations and change management qualifications are a distinct advantage
• Knowledge of Zimbabwean Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Vast knowledge in organisational development interventions
