Client Industry: Construction Sector
About the Role:
Our client, a reputable player in the construction industry, is seeking to hire a highly driven and experienced Sales Representative to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years proven sales experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets and revenue goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
