Job Title: Graduate Trainee -Software Developer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Developer with experience in software
development, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture and IT infrastructure management.
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in web and desktop application
development, troubleshooting, and database management. This role offers an opportunity
to work on real-world projects, support IT operations, and enhance our digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop, maintain, and support web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Technical and systems documentation
• Design, test, and deploy new features.
• Systems maintenance, ensuring smooth system operations.
• Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL, and MongoDB) toimprove system performance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Systems integration
Requirements:
• A degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or proven experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, or system analysis and architecture.
• Proficiency in Flutter, React, Python, PHP Laravel and familiarity with additional programming languages is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of database management (SQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to support multiple departments.
• Ability to write manuals ( Technical & User)
