Position: Investment Analyst – CFA
Location: Harare, Zimbabwe

Reporting To: Director
Overview:
An exciting opportunity to join a leading financial institution. We’re seeking a qualified Investment Analyst with a strong background in asset management and financial modelling. A degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Accounting is required. CFA and/or a Master’s degree in Finance is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct investment analysis and financial modelling
• Evaluate and forecast industry and economic trends
• Provide recommendations to improve financial performance
• Monitor and interpret data affecting investment programs
• Maintain databases and develop reports for decision-making
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in Investment/Deal Origination, Financial Modelling, and Valuation
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Experience in asset management is essential
• Postgraduate qualification (MBA, MSc, CFA, FRM, or CAIA) is an added advantage
