FORECOURT SUPERVISOR (MUREHWA) x 2
DUTIES
* Manages activities and welfare of the forecourt attendants.
* Ensures adequate fuel stock & lubes are maintained at the site.
* Ensures excellent wet stock management and keep losses within to below tolerance.
* Manages banking transactions.
* Manages prepaid and bulk order customer accounts.
* Promotes a culture of Health and Safety in line with company goals.
* Ensures necessary licences are current and compliant with regulatory requirements.
* Submits returns to relevant authorities on time.
* Manages customer complaints as required by ZERA and the Consumer Protection Commission.
* Liaises with regulatory authorities such as ZERA, EMA, Fire Brigade, ZRP on behalf of the company.

Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of 5 Ordinary Level subjects including English and Mathematics
* Certificate/ Diploma in Accounting/ Marketing/ Business Studies/ Business Management or equivalent
* Basic computer skills including use of email, MS Office and internet.
* Previous experience in the fuel industry will be added advantage
