Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Top Executive Recruiting Consultant to assist in the recruitment of a dynamic and visionary Executive Director for a local and growing NGO. This consultant
will play a critical role in attracting top-tier talent, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the Executive Director’s role.
• Manage the candidate search, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and assessment processes with key stakeholders.
• Provide advice on candidate selection and negotiate employment terms.
• Support the transition and onboarding of the new Executive Director.
• Assist the Board to recruit and select the Executive Director to drive the mission and vision of the organization
Requirements:
• Proven experience in executive search and recruitment, particularly for senior leadership positions.
• Strong understanding of leadership qualities and skills required in the non-profit health sector.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting C-suite executives.
• High-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MOHCC and global health issues is an advantage.
