A leading health-focused local non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to improving health outcomes and empowering rural and hard reach communities, is looking for a highly qualified experienced Strategic Planning Consultant for the period 2026-2030.
Strategic Planning and Development Consultant (2026-2030)
Duration: 2 months.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an expert consultant to lead the development of a comprehensive, results-driven strategic plan to guide the organization’s goals, priorities, and operations forthe period 2026-2030. This consultant will work closely with our senior leadership team, stakeholders, and external partners to create a sustainable strategy that drives impactful health interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth assessments of the organization’s current strategy, operations, and impact.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement processes to define future priorities and directions.
• Develop a detailed strategic plan aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
• Provide recommendations for resource allocation, organizational capacity, and partnerships.
• Support the implementation of the strategy with periodic evaluations and adjustments.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in strategic planning, ideally within the health or non-profit sectors.
• Strong understanding of MOHCC health strategy and global health issues and trends.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of successful strategic development and execution.– giving examples of past work experiences.
• Advanced degree in public health, international development, or related fields (preferred).
