VACANCY
We are looking for a skilled PVC Material Mixing Operators to join our manufacturing team.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing and mixing raw materials to ensure high-quality pipe extrusion processes
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain mixing equipment used in the preparation of pipe extrusion materials.
• Accurately measure and mix raw materials according to specific formulas and production requirements.
• Monitor mixing processes to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with set standards.
• Perform routine quality checks on mixed materials before they are transferred to the extrusion process.
• Collaborate with extrusion operators to ensure timely and efficient production flow.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of material usage, batch numbers, and production data.
• Follow all health and safety protocols rigorously to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to company quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement in line with our ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Minimum Requirements.
• 5 O’ Level passes including English and Mathematics
• Experience in plastic manufacturing (mixing).
• Able bodied with ability to lift at least 25kgs.
• Additional qualifications or experience are an added advantage
