VACANCY
THE STUDENT WILL BE EXPOSED TO THE FOLLOWING AREAS

Assisting with guest check-in, check-out, and front desk inquiries

Supporting housekeeping in maintaining cleanliness and room standards
-
Participating in food and beverage service (restaurant, bar, or room service)

Assisting with setting up and organizing events or functions
-
Responding to guest requests and ensure a positive customer experience
-
Assisting in taking reservations and managing booking systems
-
Shadowing senior staff and support in administrative tasks
-
Participating in guided tours or guest activity coordination
Qualifications:
-
Studying towards BSC Tourism and Hospitality or equivalent
-
Professional appearance and courteous demeanour
-
Basic knowledge of customer service and hospitality etiquette
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
