VACANCY
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. At least 5 O Level subjects including English Language, Science and Mathematics.
2. Must be aged 18 and 24.
3. Must be physically fit and be able to withstand heights and enclosed spaces.
4. Ability to work in a team set upand problem-solving skills.
5. Must not have a criminal record.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Respond promptly to fire, rescue, and emergency calls
2. Operate and maintain firefighting equipment such as hoses, pumps, ladders and breathing apparatus.
3. Rescue individuals and animals from life threating situations.
4. Provide emergency first aid to victims before ambulance service arrive.
5. Participate in fire prevention and inspection programs within the community.
6. Carry out routine checks, servicing and cleaning of firefighting tools and fire trucks.
7. Assist in investigating the causes of fires under direction of senior officers.
8. Participate in regular drills, physical fitness training and continuous learning.
9. Educate the public on fire safetyy and emergency preparedness.
10. Maintain accurate incident reports and complete all required documentation after responses.
