Zimworx is seeking a dynamic and experienced GTS Manager to lead enterprise-level IT initiatives, drive infrastructure strategy, and fortify our information security posture across global operations. This is a critical role for a proven leader passionate about technology, risk management, and delivering secure, high-performance systems.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

• Lead major IT infrastructure projects and system rollouts.

• Develop IT strategy, architecture, and risk management frameworks.

• Oversee cybersecurity protocols, incident response, and compliance (ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR).

• Monitor system performance, cost, and productivity.

• Support cross-functional teams and business units with secure, scalable IT solutions.

• Manage disaster recovery, data backups, and business continuity planning.

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science; MBA preferred.

• CISSP or equivalent certification.

• 5+ years’ experience in IT Operations Management.

• Strong expertise in security frameworks, risk & compliance.

• Exceptional leadership, project management and communication skills.

• Willingness to support teams across multiple time zones.
