To support these goals, we are seeking energetic and results-oriented Credit Officers to join our teams in Masyingo and Bulawayo. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by expanding loan portfolios, fostering strong client relationships, and enhancing the financial wellbeing of our customers.
The Job:

Promoting the institution’s products to generate new business.

Growing and managing a quality loan portfolio.

Conducting market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.

Evaluating and processing credit/loan applications.
-
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Ensuring compliance with lending policies and procedures.
-
Contributing to the design of client-centered loan products through field feedback.
The Person:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a Commercial field.
-
At least 2 years’ SME lending experience in a microfinance institution.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
-
Energetic and self-motivated individuals, who will thrive in a field-based role.

Meticulous, results-driven, and focused on achieving set targets.
