Position Overview
Assist the finance unit in managing expenditure- related tasks, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily payments and reconciliation of accounts.
• Help in processing invoices and verifying payment claims.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to expenditure.
• Maintain financial records and filing systems.
• Monitor staff travel advances and expense reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and donor requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competences
• Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.(Attach official letter from the University)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in financial SAGE Pastel software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.
