Responsibilities
-
Process and reconcile medical aid claims and payments.

Monitor and report on employee leave balances and liability costs.
-
Liaise with providers and ensure compliance with AHFoZ standards.

Support new healthcare initiatives and risk mitigation efforts.
-
Maintain accurate records and communicate policy updates to employees.
-
Prepare reports for executive leadership and assist in wellness budgeting.
Requirements
-
LLB (Law Degree) – specialization in Tax Law is highly preferred.
-
Accounting, Taxation, or Finance qualification or demonstrable experience in the field.
-
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and financial controls.
-
Excellent communication and documentation skills – able to translate complex rules into clear action points.
-
A go-getter personality – confident, detail-oriented, and unafraid to take initiative.
-
Experience in or exposure to the healthcare industry is a definite advantage.
