Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Assist in performance management processes and training initiatives

Support payroll, benefits, and leave management

Promote employee engagement and wellness programs
Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an HR role

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
