Responsibilities

 

 

• Provide technical support to staff across hardware, software, networks, and systems.

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices.

• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on IT equipment and resolve issues efficiently.

• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.

• Ensure data backup systems and security protocols are in place and up to date.

• Support system updates, software deployments, and network maintenance.

• Assist in the setup of workstations for new hires and maintain optimal workstation performance.

 

 

Requirements

 

 

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar IT support or technician role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking basics.

• Hands-on experience with hardware repair and system troubleshooting.

• Understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, routers, and security best practices.

• Must reside in Victoria Falls or be willing to relocate at own cost.
