Key Responsibilities:
- Design database management systems by:
- Establishing user needs
- Providing technical expertise in planning and system design
- Develop database utilities and automated reporting tools
- Build and maintain:
- Database schemas
- Tables
- Procedures
- Control and manage database access permissions
- Monitor website development, including:
- Access controls
- Security features
- Ensure website functionality and ongoing maintenance
- Maintain computer software and hardware by:
- Testing system operations
- Updating outdated software
- Installing and setting up new software
Qualifications and Experience:
- An Honours degree in one of the following fields:
- Information and Communication Technology
- Computer Science
- An equivalent qualification from a recognized university
