We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Construction Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, scheduling work, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. This is a key leadership position that requires strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

•Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish

•Review project requirements and schedules, estimating timelines and costs

•Supervise onsite and offsite construction work to ensure safety and compliance

•Lead and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors

•Manage tools, materials, and equipment, including inventory tracking

•Ensure all projects meet contractual agreements and deadlines

•Monitor daily progress and prepare regular status reports

•Anticipate potential issues, developing solutions to avoid delays

•Negotiate contracts, obtain permits, and ensure legal compliance

•Analyze and mitigate project risks

•Uphold construction standards and ensure proper techniques are used

•Proven experience in construction management

•In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations

•Knowledge of building products, techniques, and quality standards

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
