Principle Accountabilities
•Monitors and evaluates supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality cables and materials.
•Ensures adherence to company procurement policies and procedures, maintaining transparency and accountability.
•Fosters strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best value, quality, and service for the company’s cable procurement needs.
•Ensures all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
•Develops and implements effective sourcing strategies to meet the company’s cable procurement requirements.
•Leads initiatives to reduce procurement costs and improve efficiency in cable procurement processes.
•Manages inventory levels of critical cable materials, ensuring adequate supply to meet production demands.
•Ensures procurement activities align with the company’s operational needs, supporting the production of high-quality cables.
•Monitors market trends and adjusts procurement strategies to optimize cable procurement and stay competitive.
Requirements
•Degree in Supply Chain Management and an MBA.
•At least 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
•Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
•Experience in managing procurement budgets and achieving cost savings.
