A trailblazer in Zimbabwe’s sports entertainment industry, Clayser Sports is reinventing the classic clay pigeon shooting experience with state-of-the-art laser technology. The client is looking for an enthusiastic Sporting Host to deliver thrilling shooting experiences at their mobile venues throughout Harare. From high-energy corporate events to competitive weekend tournaments, you’ll be the ambassador of their innovative take on traditional clay shooting – guaranteeing safety, excitement, and seamless execution at every location.
The Role:
This high-energy position requires a charismatic host who can engage diverse groups, run operations, and maintain their signature blend of excitement and safety. You’ll master their laser shooting system while creating a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead engaging shooting sessions for participants of all skill levels
•Conduct safety briefings and lead laser shooting games (training provided)
•Manage on-site logistics including equipment setup and maintenance
•Travel to various Harare locations (working Wednesday through Sunday)
•Gather participant feedback and encourage ongoing engagement
Candidate Profile:
•Background in hospitality, events, or sports instruction (safari guiding, PE teaching, or entertainment experience preferred)
•Interest in shooting sports (experience not required – training provided)
•Physically fit with ability to handle equipment (training provided)
•Natural entertainer with outstanding people skills
•Valid Class 4 driver’s license (essential for mobile operations)
