VACANCY
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides secretarial and administrative assistance to Parliamentary Committees.
- Prepares agendas and minutes for Committee meetings to facilitate Committee business.
- Ensures that Committee meetings are legally managed, and records are properly kept.
- Liaises with relevant Ministries and stakeholders for the Ministry regarding Committee business.
- Prepares Committee reports and ensures timely submission in collaboration with Committee Chairpersons.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Law, or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
