Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises and coordinates the work of housekeepers and cleaners.
- Ensures that Parliament buildings and offices are clean and well maintained.
- Manages housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Prepares duty rosters and work schedules for housekeeping staff.
- Trains and mentors housekeeping staff.
- Conducts regular inspections of Parliament premises.
- Prepares and submits reports on housekeeping operations.
- Assists in maintaining the attendance register for Members of Parliament during sitting days.
Minimum Person Specification:
- A Diploma in Administration, or Tourism and Hospitality Management, or an equivalent.
- An HND or Degree is an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of asset management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
