Key Responsibilities

 

 

• Provide financial advice to the Board and Management.
• Develop revenue growth strategies while controlling costs.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Ensure corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Work with auditors and oversee taxation matters.
• Optimize cash flow management.
• Support product development and pricing strategies.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

 

• Finance or Accounting Degree required.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification mandatory.
• An MBA or MBL is an advantage.
• 7+ years experience, with 4 years in senior management.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, taxation, and compliance.
• Leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
