Position: Director Finance, Human Resources & Administration
Location: Harare, Zimbabwe
Responsibilities:
– Oversee financial management, HR functions, and administration
– Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance
– Lead HR strategies, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices
– Oversee facilities, contracts, and record management
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
– ACCA, SHRM, or other certifications are a plus
– 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in leadership
– Strong financial and HR management knowledge
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
