We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sport Development Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sport development programs
Build partnerships with local sports organizations and stakeholders
Identify and nurture talent
Promote sport participation and development
Manage budgets and resources
Requirements:
Possession of a degree in Sport Management, Sport and Recreation, Sport Science, or other sport-related qualification.
Ability to communicate at all levels and relate to people of diverse backgrounds and cul-tures.
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of sport development principles and practices
Knowledge of the SRC Act and Regulations is a must; and
A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
