Responsibilities:
Recruitment and talent acquisition
Employee relations and engagement
Compensation administration
Policy implementation and review
Performance management
Requirements:
Possession of a Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science or equivalent.
Possession of an Institute of People Management in Zimbabwe (IPMZ) qualification or working towards attaining such will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of modern payroll systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a related field.
