About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating projects, handling sensitive information, and providing top-tier administrative support.
Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records

Provide support with project management and coordination

Accurately record and distribute minutes from meetings

Handle office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining a records database

Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

Liaise professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
-
Maintain discretion while handling confidential information

Deliver general administrative support as needed
Minimum Requirements
-
Degree or Diploma in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or Office Management
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
-
Valid Class 4 Driver’s License
Skills and Competencies

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Knowledge of office procedures and equipment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Flexible with working hours when required
