About the Opportunity
World Vision Zimbabwe is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Intern – People & Culture to join its Human Resources (People & Culture) department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience in key HR functions while contributing to a dynamic, purpose-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and personnel file management.

Maintain up-to-date employee records within the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS).

Assist in organizing staff inductions and ensuring policy compliance.

Contribute to the implementation of employee wellness initiatives and training programs.

Assist in performance management support activities.

Prepare and submit monthly HR reports and facilitate internal HR communications.
Qualifications and Competencies
-
A recent graduate (within the last 12 months) with at least a 2.1 degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Basic understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employment practices in Zimbabwe.

Familiarity with HRMIS software is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel.

A proactive and teachable attitude with a willingness to learn.
