Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our Purchasing and Supply team as a Graduate Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in procurement and supply chain management.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Assist in the procurement process, including preparing purchase orders and tender documents
– Conduct market research and analyze data to inform procurement decisions
– Build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
– Participate in inventory management and control
– Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications and Experience
– A degree in Purchasing and Supply, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
