Our client specialise in the design and manufacture of environmentally responsible rigid plastic packaging, beverage and industrial is looking for Sales Rep with at least 3-5 years sales experience in the Plastic Packaging or Beverage industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the sales targets for designated brands. Build strong relationships with customers personally and professionally. To really understand the customers business and provide them with packaging solutions, not just bottles. Attend to customer complaints effectively. Respond to the customer same day. Ensure all customers are visited at least once a month. Sales and Sales Growth. Prepare accurate weekly forecasts against budget. Meeting monthly and annual sales targets in line with budget. Sourcing new business and grow the sales in line with company strategy. Monitoring competitor activity proactively. Prepare monthly sales report and analyse and comment on variances. To provide our business with forecasts ensuring that we have the right products at the right time. Manage price increases with customers effectively. Ensure that price tables are done timeously and correctly. Ensuring we manage our business according to our ISO management system. Analyse what our competitors are doing: pricing strategies, customer perceptions of them etc Conducting cold calls as needed. Must have a valid driver’s license. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Sale/Marketing or equivalent. Computer Literacy (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT).
