Job Description
Manage the production function of a furniture manufacturing company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Production planning, monitoring and control.
Assist staff with all technical aspects from machining through carpentry to upholstery.
Ensure adequate maintenance of all factory machinery.
Staff motivation and control.
Quality management systems are maintained.
Qualifications and Experience
At least a diploma level qualification, a degree in production/operations management will be a distinct advantage.
