FACULTY OF AGRIBUSINESS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following post that has arisen at Marondera University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology.
Qualifications and Experience
– Master’s degree in Agribusiness Management, Business Management, or Entrepreneurship, or a registered PhD student.
– A PhD in a relevant area is a distinctive advantage.
– Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management, Business Management, or Entrepreneurship is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Provide academic leadership to the Department.
– Initiate, guide, and contribute to basic and applied research programmes in line with Education 5.0.
– Teach undergraduate and postgraduate modules, including:
– Business Ethics
– Organisational Behaviour and Sustainability
– Farm Business Management
– Entrepreneurship Management
– Coordinate and participate in the supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate research students.
– University teaching experience is an added advantage.
